Currently, November 2017 , PFCP employs a Lead Youth Worker (currently funded by Awards for All), whose role is to ensure that funding is in place to
continue the various youth sessions during school term term time and offer additional
activities during the school holidays; manage the support and sessional youth workers montre replique and work with young people in the sessions/activities.
Since the Centre was opened in 2009 there has been a significant reduction in anti-social behaviour and the activities and projects for young people have been well attended
